Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)
At Willow Tree Housing Partnership, we are committed to being open, transparent and accountable to our tenants. The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are part of the government's drive to ensure social housing tenants have easier access to information about how their homes and housing services are managed.
STAIRs requires housing associations to proactively publish key information about their organisation, governance, performance, decision-making, finances and services. The aim is to help tenants better understand how their landlord operates, how decisions are made, and how services are delivered.
We publish this information so that our tenants can:
- Understand how Willow Tree is governed and managed.
- See how we are performing and where we are working to improve.
- Access information about the services we provide.
- Hold us accountable for the quality of our homes and services.
- Be better informed and involved in decisions that affect their homes and communities.
The information published on this page forms part of Willow Tree's STAIRs Publication Scheme and will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains accurate, up to date and easy to access.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to help. From April 2027, tenants will also have specific rights under STAIRs to request certain information about the management of their social housing.
Our commitment: We believe that sharing information openly helps build trust, strengthens accountability and enables tenants to play an active role in shaping and improving our services.
