As your landlord, Willow Tree Housing Partnership regularly carries out estate inspections to ensure that the areas where our residents live, and their neighbourhoods, remain safe and comfortable. We will usually advertise the details on Social Media.
We maintain shared areas such as gardens, walkways, paths, car parks, stairs, lifts and corridors, which includes communal lighting, door entry systems and lifts. Most blocks of flats and some estates will have a service charge for this.
Our checks include:-
- Fire Precautions
- Gardening standards
- Refuse and dumped rubbish
- Repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning standards
- Parking
- Health and Safety
For our estates, we are responsible for keeping areas free from dumped rubbish (fly-tipping). Where we are unable to find out who has fly-tipped, we will look to recharge residents through the service charge for large items.
If you have a large item to dispose of please contact your Local Authority, please see 'More Help and Advice' section below.
For more details on the estate services we provide, please refer to the Estate Management Handbook Leaflet.
If you have any queries or concerns or to report any issues on where you live, please use the Report Estate Service Issues online form.
