At Willow Tree Housing Partnership we are committed to providing safe and decent homes. As part of required legal compliance checks, we will carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on your home every 5 years to make sure that it is safe. This will not include testing any of your electrical appliances. It is important that you allow us access to carry out these checks as we have a legal obligation to do so.
We also carry out these important safety checks whenever one of our homes becomes empty, and when a mutual exchange takes place, regardless of when the previous EICR was completed.
