Willow Tree Housing Partnership is committed to helping older residents and those with disabilities. Your home should meet your needs and be a safe and secure place for you to live. We want to help you to remain independent, and this includes making changes to your home.
There are several ways that we can help, depending on your needs and the type of property you live in. Where you have a long-term illness or disability, we may be able to adapt your home to meet your needs.
For more significant adaptations, we may require a recommendation from, or full assessment to be carried out by, an Occupational Therapist.
We will consider adaptations to Rentplus homes, but would require the permission of Rentplus UK. If there are any structural changes required or if the adaptation would reduce the value of the property, permission may not be given.
