Along with every other social landlord in the UK, we are conducting a survey into tenant satisfaction, alongside the Tenant Satisfaction Surveys we will also be contacting a sample of residents who have either reported a repair, moved into one of our properties, have reported anti-social behaviour or have made a complaint to gain your feedback and views.
