We worked with Rentplus and Bovis Homes to provide 9 new affordable rent to buy houses in Tavistock.
The Tors is found on the West side of the popular market town, and very close to everything it has to offer. Our 9 homes were part of much wider development of private sales homes, affordable rent and shared ownership homes. Each home has its own private rear garden (except the coach house) and at least 1 allocated parking space or garage.
