We were proud to have been part of a high quality new development at Broomfield Park in the village of Stoke St Gregory, Somerset, delivering much needed accommodation to those who are in need and live locally. The official opening event on 19 January 2022 was attended by many who helped to make the scheme possible, including Parish Councillors, representatives from Somerset West and Taunton Council, Otter Construction, and our employer’s agent, NRP. Members of WTHP Board, the CEO and staff were also present to celebrate.
The scheme has been constructed using renewable energy heating systems and electric charging points, contributing further to our commitment to reducing its carbon impact in development.
