Willow Tree Housing Partnership has a social purpose at the heart of everything we do; to house those whose needs are not met by the open market, and provide good services for those who live in our homes.
We collect and use our performance data from all channels to iterate and improve our practises and services to our tenants. The data collected highlights areas for improvement within our service delivery and property condition. Data collected will also define our successes and show where improvements have been made.
