At Willow Tree Housing we have various lifts within our portfolio, passenger lifts, domestic through floor lifts, domestic person hoists and domestic stair lifts.
We have lift inspections carried out regularly by our lift specialists.
• Passenger Lifts – TK Elevator UK LTD
• Domestic Through Floor Lifts – TK Elevator UK LTD
• Domestic Person Hoists – by tenant’s installer
• Domestic Stair Lifts – Residents responsibility to arrange inspections and maintenance
Passenger lifts are serviced and maintained every 2 months
Through floor lifts are serviced and maintained every 3 months.
Willow Tree Housing also use an independent specialist; Bureau Veritas to ensure we are adhering to LOLER regulations (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations).
All lifts have information signage displayed within the carriage in case of a breakdown. The emergency call button that will go directly to the lift repair team who will be able to assist you.
