Head of Assets and Repairs

Location: Rooksbridge, Somerset

Hours: full-time 35 hrs per week Monday to Friday

Salary: c. £70K per annum plus other benefits

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and delivery of our asset management and repairs strategy.
  • Driving performance across planned and responsive maintenance services.
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing budgets and contracts with a focus on value, quality, and sustainability.
  • Inspiring and empowering a great team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Collaborating across the organisation to align property strategy with our bold ambitions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in property asset management and repairs.
  • A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to energise teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, building safety, and capital investment planning.
  • Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing complex budgets.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) are a plus—but your drive, proven experience, and vision matter most.
