Donna Johnson - CEO
Donna has spent the last 25 years working in or on behalf of the social sector. Her overriding passion is for truly affordable housing and home ownership, and the crucial role it plays in enabling people who do not have access to the general market to become healthier and wealthier.
Experienced in developing, regenerating and managing a diverse range of housing and tenures in both rural and urban environments, she remains convinced that the most successful neighbourhoods are those that grow through consensus and a pride in place.
This is what drives her commitment to collaboration and listening to deliver better. Her strong value base, belief in the provision of sustainable low cost homes and support for the role that smaller housing associations can play in the broadening of choice, contributed to the successful set up of the new strategic partnership between South Western Housing society and Tamar Housing to form Willow Tree Housing Partnership.
As CEO, Donna will seek to drive forward the partnerships agenda of building business resilience, achieving greater capacity for growth, achieving value for money efficiencies and delivering better services to tenants and residents.
