Willow Tree Housing Partnership is a community focused organisation committed to delivering more; building new homes, offering a commitment to high standards of service to our customers, and investing in our people to give their best. We have a strong value system based on principles of respect and effective co-operation.

Do you care about delivering great customer service, take pride in getting things right, and value clear, fair, and well managed processes? Are you calm, organised, and empathetic, with strong attention to detail and a desire to help people feel heard and understood? We’re looking for a Complaints & Resolution Administrator to support how we listen to our tenants, respond to concerns, and use feedback to improve the services we deliver.

Working closely with our Corporate Services Manager, you’ll provide high quality administrative support to the complaints and resolutions process, ensuring complaints are logged, tracked, and progressed accurately and on time from first contact through to closure. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate responses and follow up where needed, including support with regulatory compliance activities such as Housing Ombudsman investigations.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, communication, compliance, and learning. You’ll help ensure tenants feel listened to and supported, while helping the organisation capture information that informs service improvement.

You don’t need to be an expert in complaints handling to apply. This role would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, a customer focused and empathetic approach, and confidence working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and data.

Based in our Rooksbridge, Somerset or Plymouth, Devon office, you will have the option to work from both home, and the office under our Agile working policy, and subject to business needs.
